Charities We Support
2011: Through “Project Share” we collected funds to help families in need pay winter Idaho power bills.
2011: Gifted a hearing test booth and audiometer.
Special Olympics/Lion’s Sight and Hearing Foundation
2011: Through each $25 sale of the “Idaho Monopoly Game” in November and December, we raised funds for both these charities. For each sale, $10 went to Special Olympics and $15 went to the Lion’s Sign and Hearing Foundation.
2011: With the help of a Christmas tree in our Nampa and Boise locations, we collected donations for the families at Hope’s Door. Hope’s Door is an emergency shelter in Caldwell, ID helping families affected by domestic violence. It is part of the non-profit organization Advocates Against Family Violence. See our YouTube video of our Christmas Delivery.
2011: Our Team served holiday dinners for the Rescue Mission in Nampa, ID, helping underprivileged families to get a hot meal.
City and State Proclamations
We support our community every spring by bringing hearing loss and tinnitus to the public attention through use of Proclamations for Better Hearing Month and Tinnitus Awareness Week. In 2012 we had proclamations signed by the Mayors of the cities of Boise, Eagle and Nampa and a State Proclamation signed by Governor Butch Otter.
